Company Statement:

The site, "web-friend" is owned and operated by Charles Davis Enterprises. I specialize in the creation and development of web-sites, and provide computer related services in the south-western Pennsylvania USA area. If you have a computer problem, need 'personal computer help', or want your own web-site created, repaired or optimized, then I can help you.
I am an ISO 9000-9002 certified computer professional with over 15 years experience in the computer field. I live and operate in the southwestern part of Pennsylvania USA (near Pittsburgh). I offer a wide range of services. Whatever your computer needs, I will do my utmost to provide you with satisfactory solutions. From new system setups ... to tutoring and training ... to networking ... to diagnostics, repairs, data recovery, and upgrades - I can offer you completely professional services at very reasonable rates.
I pride myself (and my company and website) in the following: No BS, No empty promises, No hollow "projections". I WILL give you the "TRUTH" ... "I can ... I will," or "I will try." On rare occasions I may need to say, "I can't do that", or "I don't know." I won't blow sunshine up your skirt. If you want solutions in an area I simply can't provide, I will tell you so, and try to direct you to someone who can fill your needs.
