The Right (synonym: correct) - Wing (section) News.

At one time (during the Clinton years) I often posted political news and information gleaned from a large variety of sources.  However, the information had grown so outdated, that I removed the 'news' parts, and left only the links.

Suffice to say, that my personal views lean toward the political "right / conservative / Republican" side of things as often as not.  While I still hold many of the dreams and ideals that were born of a 'left-wing', idealistic and democratic youth - it's been my experience that all too often the methods used by many of the Democratic party do not achieve the goals that they stand for.

As far as my views on the war in Iraq, personally I HATE the idea of war.  Unfortunately I hate the idea of leaders such as Sadam having access to weapons of mass destruction even more.  Since I don't know of any alternative to the current situation, I fully support our government, its leaders, and our troops in their effort to provide a humane lifestyle for those people currently living in Iraq and the entire mid-East region of the world.

It is my hope that we can quickly restore a governing body to Iraq that the IRAQ PEOPLE want in power, and our brave boy, girls, fathers, mothers, sons and daughters can return home.  Perhaps when that has been accomplished, our own government can set its focus on rebuilding a weak economy.
