CERT: The primary Anti-Virus organization.

The Tech Guy: Very good. Message board with knowledgeable members, fast response time.

Driver Guide: Huge listing of drivers for all types of hardware. Requires a free sign up to access.

Web Attack: Good site, not just security.  Find missing or updated files, drivers, dll, etc.

ISP Listing  Looking for a good ISP, this site is a listing of all available top level Internet Service Providers

Computer Cops: Deals with security issues.  If you have questions about viruses, firewalls, hackers, and the dangers of the Internet - this is a good read.

CSRC: Government site dealing with security and virus issues.

Boot Disk:Where to find boot disks for most operating systems. Linux, ME, 95, 98, SE, and even solutions to Win XP and Win2K systems.

C|Net (help.com) - Great site that's been around for a while. Lot's of downloads.
