Research and resolve all computer and LAN related issues.  Maintain server integrity, including virus removal, file and directory management, data recovery, security, access levels & user setups.  Research, document and implement Y2K solutions, and coordinate  conversion from Banyan Vines Networking to NT.  I've worked with multiple servers, protocols, clients, and services.  Implemented training, set-ups, configuration (hard and soft), diagnostics
